Prior to that role, Robert was the Vice President of Operations for Plus Diagnostics. He has successfully started several companies, leading them through growth and acquisition stages. Jason has a strong track record of building and growing businesses during a distinguished career spanning 25 years in healthcare. He has led healthcare service companies ranging in size from $35 million to $500 million in revenue. Prior to launching EmeritusDX, Jason was the Vice President of Operations for NeoGenomics, the nation's largest oncology reference laboratory. Prior to that he held several executive roles as Vice President of Operations for LabCorp’s Integrated Oncology and Dianon Divisions and later as Vice President of Operations for Pathnostics. Jason also founded Morningstar Laboratories, a pharma services company that was sold to a private equity group. Jason received his bachelor’s of science degree in Economics from the Ohio State University and his MBA in Management and Leadership from the University of La Verne.

His leadership spans high-volume clinical and pharmaceutical laboratory environments, delivering operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and a deep commitment to quality and compliance.
Bryan has held key leadership roles at NeoGenomics Laboratories and GE Healthcare's Clarient, managing national multi-site operations, including anatomic pathology, cytogenetics, FISH, molecular pathology, pathology support, and accessioning services. Bryan has extensive experience driving improvement in operational turnaround, revenue growth, and leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives that streamline workflow, increase automation, and reduce costs.
Bryan is a licensed Clinical Cytogenetic Scientist, and he also holds Certification in Lean Six Sigma and has led transformational quality and productivity improvements across labs exceeding $500MM in annual revenue. He is experienced in regulatory inspections (CAP, CLIA, ISO 15189), LIS implementation, vendor contract negotiations, and P&L oversight.

She serves as the medical director for EmeritusDX and Wulf Hess. Dr. Tarasen completed her Dermatopathology fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in the Department of Dermatology, where she divided her time between seeing patients in the dermatology clinic and examining dermatopathology slides.
Originally from California and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Dr. Tarasen entered medical school early through a combined pre-med/MD program. During her residency at Albany Medical College, she trained under nationally and internationally renowned dermatopathologist Andrew Carlson, MD, and also served as Chief Resident. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and delivered platform presentations at the American Society of Dermatopathology, the International Society of Dermatopathology, and the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology.
Dr. Tarasen lives in Los Angeles, where she serves patients and clients both locally and nationally. She believes that effective disease treatment begins with an accurate diagnosis. In addition to her clinical practice, she serves as the medical director for Wulf Hess, a company dedicated to preventing skin cancer in aviation and aerospace.
